A few months ago, cinematographer and photographer Manu León contacted me to talk about a wonderful project he had in mind. He wanted to create a photo camp for people who wanted to learn and improve this craft, meet other fellow photographers and specially have lots of fun. After so many months of hard work, he and his incredible team created Entreleones Photocamp , a 4 day crazy and intense adventure in Lepe, Huelva (Spain).
The first time he called me, he asked if I'd be interested in offering a workshop to talk about my work and show others how I edit in Lightroom. I was surprised and delighted to receive such a wonderful opportunity and I made it possible to try and be there for at least 2.5 out of the 4 days.
All I can say is that it was one of the best weekends I've had in a long time. I didn't know anybody, but as soon as I got there, it felt like we were all close friends. I laughed so hard, felt so inspired by everyone's work and I came back home with so many new friends!
I'd love to give a shoutout to all the talented artists whose workshops were really special:
I didn't really make many photos, I wanted to enjoy the moment and learn from others. However, I managed to take a few shots during Tania's workshop and on the last morning, when they took us to a wonderful beach full with little fishermen boats and colorful huts.
All I can say is that Entreleones Photocamp has been a wonderful experience and that I can't wait for the second edition! I would also love to get to see everyone who attended once again, so make sure to get in touch to plan a visit!
